The candidate will provide medical consultations, manage urgent cases, coordinate referrals, and ensure documentation and governance compliance while promoting workplace health and safety.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid PRC license and be in good standing.
• Updated BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• Experience in occupational health or clinical governance is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide medical consultations, treat minor illnesses and injuries, and manage urgent patient cases.
• Conduct employee health consultations and coordinate referrals when needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Support staff onboarding, training, and effective workplace communication.
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance, audits, and reporting requirements.
• Promote workplace health and adherence to OH&S policies.
• Maintain medical facilities, equipment, and inventory.
