Responsibilities

Provide medical consultations, treat minor illnesses and injuries, and manage urgent patient cases.
Conduct employee health consultations and coordinate specialist referrals when needed.
Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and clinical documentation.
Support staff onboarding, training, and effective workplace communication.
Ensure compliance with clinical governance, quality standards, audits, and reporting requirements.
Promote workplace health, safety, and adherence to OH&S policies.
Help maintain medical facilities, equipment, inventory, and operational readiness.
Participate in meetings, health promotion programs, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
Follow International SOS policies and perform additional duties assigned by management.
