Job summary

International SOS (Phils.), Inc. is seeking an Occupational Health Physician for our Tagbilaran, Bohol site. This onsite role follows a Monday to Saturday 10 AM to 2 PM schedule, focusing on clinical care and health promotion for employees.

You will provide consultations, manage urgent cases, maintain records, support onboarding, and ensure governance and compliance with OH&S policies. PRC license and BLS certificate required.

Qualifications

• Valid PRC license must be current.
• Updated BLS certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical consultations, treat minor illnesses and injuries, and manage urgent patient cases.
• Conduct employee health consultations and coordinate referrals when needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and clinical documentation.
• Support staff onboarding, training, and effective workplace communication.
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance, quality standards, audits, and reporting requirements.
• Promote workplace health, safety, and adherence to OH&S policies.
• Help maintain medical facilities, equipment, inventory, and operational readiness.
• Participate in meetings, health promotion programs, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Follow International SOS policies and perform additional duties assigned by management.
