Job summary

Cpip is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Philippine nursing license to join our on-site occupational health clinic in Negros Occidental. The role focuses on immediate medical response, health monitoring, and confidential employee records.

The nurse will provide first aid, administer medications per policy, coordinate referrals, support safety programs, and ensure compliance with occupational health standards. On-site availability and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse with a valid Philippine nursing license.
• Prefer experience as an occupational/clinic nurse or similar role.
• Basic knowledge of occupational health, workplace safety and emergency response.
• Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and medical records accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-aid and immediate medical assistance to employees.
• Conduct health assessments and monitor employees' health conditions.
• Maintain confidential medical records of employees.
• Administer medications and basic treatments per policy.
• Coordinate medical consultations, referrals and follow-up care.
• Monitor and manage the company clinic, supplies and equipment.
• Assist in implementing workplace health and safety programs.
• Support wellness initiatives and employee health campaigns.
• Coordinate with management and healthcare providers for injuries/illnesses.
• Prepare medical and health-related reports; ensure compliance with standards.
