Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Project Specialist for an onsite role in Eastwood/Paranaque with night shift. You will train teams, triage tickets, create and manage work orders, track progress, and coordinate procurement and invoicing to keep projects on schedule.

The role requires strong communication with US vendors, purchasing experience, and a construction background. You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure project success and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Track record of delivering high-quality work.
• Hands-on approach with problem solving in a team setting.
• Experience in project management and resolving complex issues.
• Strong MS Word and Excel skills.
• Construction background.
• Telecom experience is a must.
• Purchasing experience and vendor coordination.
• Experience with Oracle or similar systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 3-week training program for team members.
• Triage tickets by type and scope for swift resolution.
• Create WOs to manage project tasks and workflow.
• Ensure timely creation and booking of projects with precise records.
• Pull OSS logs and RFDS to inform decisions.
• Check material availability to support projects.
• Request seed stock from warehouse as needed.
• Provide Tier 1 support to crews for project success.
• Submit project closeout docs in MDAT.
• Request POs from Project Control for procurement.
• Ensure timely client invoicing and billing schedules.
• Track on-site progress and key indicators.
• Submit invoices in ACAS for records.
• Provide milestone updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Project Manager on daily activities.
• Handle calls in a call center-centric environment as needed.
