Job summary

GH Premier Review Center in Manila is seeking an experienced Immigration Case Manager to oversee the processing and monitoring of US immigration cases during the National Visa Center (NVC) stage. The role focuses on managing workflows, supervising case coordinators, and coordinating with applicants, legal representatives, and international teams.

You will supervise the Case Coordination team, ensure timely completion of requirements, and monitor progress with internal dashboards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required.
5+ years in immigration processing or case management.
2–3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
Experience with US immigration or NVC processing is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, organization and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end processing and monitoring of US immigration cases at the NVC stage.
Lead the case coordination team, delegating tasks and coaching staff.
Monitor progress, deadlines, and pipeline movement, ensuring timely submissions.
Ensure accurate completion and submission of required documents.
Oversee fee bills, DS-260 and other NVC requirements.
Identify delays and coordinate resolutions with relevant teams.
Coordinate with applicants, internal teams, and international partners.
Maintain accurate case records in trackers and systems.
Prepare regular reports on status, turnaround time, and team performance.
Develop and improve case management workflows, checklists and SOPs.
Endorse cases to next-stage teams following policy.
Maintain confidentiality and professional handling of applicant information.
