Lennor Metier in Alabang is hiring for a BPO voice-support role, onsite with a night-shift schedule. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include at least 1 year of BPO voice experience and a Bachelor’s or Associate degree. Must be willing to work weekends/holidays and onsite as needed.

Formación

• BPO experience in a voice account (1 year minimum).
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in any field.
• Willing to work night shift and shifting schedule, including weekends/holidays.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and professional handling of customer concerns.
• Customer-oriented, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on-site as required.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with accurate, timely, and professional assistance.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints while ensuring satisfaction.
• Provide solutions and resolve issues per company policies.
• Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in communications.
• Document interactions, concerns, and resolutions in the system.
• Meet performance metrics: customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, attendance.
• Follow guidelines, call handling procedures, and data privacy policies.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed.
