Stafflink Express in Taguig Aura is hiring a Collection Associate for B2B Accounts Receivable to manage assigned customer portfolios, drive timely collections and maintain strong customer relationships. You will follow up on overdue invoices, coordinate disputes, reconcile accounts, and keep a complete customer interaction history.

Role requires flexibility to work US shifts to support a global portfolio. Requirements include a 2–5 year background in AR/B2B collections, experience with ERP

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant AR/B2B collections experience.
• Experience with AR aging and dunning processes.
• Strong English communication (CEFR C1) and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned customer portfolios and aging buckets to achieve collection targets.
• Conduct collections via calls and emails; follow up on payment commitments.
• Coordinate with Billing, Sales and Cash Application to resolve delays.
• Maintain accurate collection notes and customer interaction history.
• Support AP portal activities, vendor setup and PO-related issues.
• Escalate critical accounts per governance processes.
