Job summary

Vivant is hiring an on-site Level 1 Network & VoIP Support Engineer in Pampanga to troubleshoot connectivity, VoIP, and managed services. You will own tickets from start to finish, coordinate field technicians, and maintain uptime for customer environments in a fast-paced MSP setting.

You need 1+ year in technical support, strong English, and experience handling calls, email and chat. Relocation and on-site work at Pampanga are included when applicable.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in Technical Support, Help Desk, NOC, MSP or ISP in telecom.
• Strong English communication, both spoken and written.
• Experience supporting via phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support across networking and VoIP.
• Own, update, and resolve tickets end-to-end while meeting SLAs.
• Coordinate field technicians and monitor outages in a MSP/NOC environment.
• Provision and support UniFi networking equipment and VoIP configurations.
