Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years of HR experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies.
• Experience handling end-to-end HR for a defined population.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Onsite work in Rosario, Cavite or Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope HR support for the assigned population.
• Serve as primary contact for supervisors, managers, and employees on HR policies.
• Manage employee relations cases including investigations and actions.
• Execute HR processes: hiring, onboarding, performance cycles, disciplinary actions.
• Collaborate with site HR teams to deliver programs.
• Maintain accurate employee data and reports.
