Qualifications

• High School graduate required or senior high school
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply
• Experience in BPO preferred but not required for all accounts
• 6 months international customer service experience is advantageous
• Willing to work onsite, with shifting night schedules when needed
• Able to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Must complete recruitment process and training

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and concerns via phone
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and accounts
• Resolve issues by understanding needs and offering solutions
• Maintain professional, friendly, and customer-focused conversations
• Record interactions and update account information accurately
• Meet account performance targets for quality, productivity, and CSAT
