Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or distribution with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of transportation planning, dispatch, fleet operations, and third-party logistics coordination.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive manual and automatic four-wheel vehicles.
• Willing to conduct field visits and work onsite in Silang, Cavite.
• Experience in chemical, manufacturing, industrial, or distribution operations.
• Experience with ERP, warehouse, or logistics management systems.
• Exposure to inventory and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily transportation, dispatch, delivery, and distribution activities.
• Coordinate with drivers, logistics personnel, and third-party logistics providers.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Purchasing, Operations to support inventory movement and customer requirements.
• Monitor delivery schedules, logistics costs, vehicle utilization, and service performance.
• Ensure accurate logistics documentation and compliance with safety procedures.
• Prepare logistics reports, track KPIs, and recommend operational improvements.
• Conduct field visits to warehouses, customer sites, and company locations as needed.
