Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee all logistics operations in Carmona, Cavite. The role focuses on achieving efficient processes and superior customer service within a retail setting.

You will collaborate with the Logistics Manager, supervise drivers and dispatchers, ensure on-time deliveries, and enforce SOP adherence while maintaining vehicle readiness and reporting duties as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 5 years as a supervisor or team leader.
• Experience in product dispatch and delivery in retail.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to guide subordinates and set direction.
• Willing to work in Carmona, Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Logistics Manager in planning policies and activities.
• Supervise logistics personnel such as drivers, riders, and dispatchers.
• Ensure processes comply with SOP and established controls.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for seamless logistics operations.
• Ensure accurate dispatch, on-time delivery to exact locations.
• Ensure courier deliveries meet SLAs.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance and truck readiness.
• Handle reporting and other admin tasks as assigned.
