Job summary

TTEC is seeking an onsite Learning and Development Trainer for locations in the Philippines, including Araneta, Cainta, and Pasay. You will train new hires, teach company values, workspace tools, timekeeping apps, and client procedures to set them up for success as they start their roles.

You will report to the Manager, Learning & Development, welcoming and exciting new hires as they begin their careers, delivering high-quality client product training and ensuring a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months or more in training and adult learning or call center experience.
• Team building and nurturing an inclusive learning environment.
• Engage and support your trainees in making sure they have the proper tools and systems knowledge to accomplish day-to-day tasks.
• Computer experience
