Job summary

Pinnacle Intelligence seeks an Associate IT Manager to safeguard local IT infrastructure, drive security and performance, and lead a small deskside/network team at the Alabang site. You will engage directly with US dealership clients during onboarding, translating complex technical concepts into clear business language.

Collaborating with teams in the US, India, and the Philippines, you will shape integration approaches, oversee telephony connections, and ensure uptime and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or IT operations.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with US-based clients and leading onboarding conversations.
• Proven ability to coordinate relationships across distributed teams (US, India, Philippines).
• Strong working knowledge of desktop/deskside support, network administration, and systems integration principles.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication to non-technical stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT infrastructure & operations for the Alabang site.
• Escalate major risk decisions to the IT Manager.
• Oversee design and implementation of integrations for new client onboarding.
• Coordinate cross-regional teams across US, India, and Philippines.
• Represent Pinnacle to US dealership clients during onboarding with confidence.
