Job summary

Pinnacle Intelligence is seeking an Associate IT Manager to support reliability, security, performance, and scalability of its local IT infrastructure in Alabang, Metro Manila, Philippines. You will serve as a primary client contact during onboarding and work with the US, India, and Philippines teams to ensure smooth integrations and strong communication.

The role requires excellent English communication, leadership ability, and a practical approach to prioritizing issues impacting live client

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or IT operations roles.
• Experience working directly with US-based clients and leading onboarding conversations.
• Proven ability to coordinate across US, India, and Philippines teams.
• Strong knowledge of desktop/deskside support, network administration, and systems integration.
• Excellent spoken and written English; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Judgment under pressure to prioritize issues affecting live client operations.
• Experience mentoring or coaching team members is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT infrastructure, operations, and security for the Alabang site.
• Oversee systems integration and design approaches for new client onboarding.
• Coordinate cross-regional stakeholders and communicate with US dealership clients.
• Mentor deskside, desktop, and network teams; identify skill gaps and development.
• Maintain documentation, track incidents and reporting per governance standards.
