Job summary

Firefly Electric and Lighting Corp. is seeking an IT Specialist to ensure reliable, secure IT infrastructure supporting manufacturing and business operations at Calumpit, Bulacan.

The role covers networks, CCTV, desktops, laptops, printers, and software applications, with timely troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. You will join an onsite, 5-day work week team, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor and providing essential technical support to minimize downtime and keep operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience in IT support, infrastructure management, or related technical roles (IT Infrastructure & Hardware Support, Network Administration, CCTV & Security Systems, System Administration).
• Experience supporting desktops, laptops, printers, CCTV systems, networks, and business software applications is preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or operations-based environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manages, maintains, and provides technical support for the company’s IT infrastructure, including network systems, CCTV surveillance systems, desktops, laptops, printers, software applications, and other IT equipment.
• Performs installation, configuration, troubleshooting, monitoring, and preventive maintenance of network devices, CCTV systems, and end-user devices to ensure secure, reliable, and continuous operations.
• Provides technical assistance to users and support manufacturing and business systems to maintain operational efficiency.
