Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation (FELCO) is seeking a Junior IT Infrastructure Network and Telephony Administrator in Ermita, Manila. You will assist in maintaining the network, telephony, and core infrastructure, and help configure routers, switches, VoIP devices, and PBX components to ensure stable connectivity across multiple sites.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Basic understanding of network and telephony systems, including routers, switches, firewalls, VoIP, and PBX platforms.
• Ability to perform routine monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network and telephony infrastructure.
