Firefly Electric & Lighting Corporation (FELCO) is seeking an IT Specialist in Calumpit, Bulacan to ensure reliable IT infrastructure operations. The role covers networks, CCTV, desktops, laptops, printers, and software, with prompt troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/CE/EE and 2–4 years in IT support or infrastructure roles, including CCTV and network administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of IT support, infrastructure management, or related technical roles (IT Infrastructure & Hardware Support, Network Administration, CCTV & Security Systems, System Administration).
• Experience supporting desktops, laptops, printers, CCTV, networks, and business software applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and provide technical support for the company’s IT infrastructure including network systems, CCTV, desktops, laptops, printers, and software applications.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, monitor, and perform preventive maintenance of network devices, CCTV, and end-user devices to ensure secure, reliable operations.
• Provide technical assistance to users and support manufacturing and business systems to maintain operational efficiency.

About The Role

Location: Calumpit, Bulacan

Role Type: Full-time

Reporting to: Maintenance Supervisor

Work Schedule: 5-day work week (onsite)

As an IT Specialist, you will ensure the reliable, secure, and efficient operation of the company’s IT infrastructure, including network systems, CCTV, desktops, laptops, printers, and software applications. The role provides timely troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and technical support to minimize downtime and support smooth manufacturing and business operations.

Other responsibilities include:

• Manages, maintains, and provides technical support for the company’s IT infrastructure, including network systems, CCTV surveillance systems, desktops, laptops, printers, software applications, and other IT equipment.
• Performs installation, configuration, troubleshooting, monitoring, and preventive maintenance of network devices, CCTV systems, and end-user devices to ensure secure, reliable, and continuous operations.
• Provides technical assistance to users and support manufacturing and business systems to maintain operational efficiency.
  
  
  

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience in IT support, infrastructure management, or related technical roles (IT Infrastructure & Hardware Support, Network Administration, CCTV & Security Systems, System Administration)
• Experience supporting desktops, laptops, printers, CCTV systems, networks, and business software applications is preferred.
