Job summary

PaxSigna, a division of the Lennor Group, seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to lead global IT initiatives onsite in Calabarzon. The role drives projects from planning through closure, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to meet scope, timelines, and budgets.

You will develop PMO-aligned documentation, manage risks, and implement change management to ensure successful adoption of new systems with a focus on delivering business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing multiple IT projects, ranging from small-scale initiatives to complex projects involving system implementations and business process changes.
• Proven experience leading moderately to highly complex projects, including initiatives involving confidential information and enterprise-level visibility.
• Strong project planning, coordination, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities, including experience delivering project updates and presentations to executives.
• Experience collaborating with global teams and managing project activities across multiple time zones.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools, including Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
• Strong understanding of project meeting preparation, facilitation, documentation, and follow-through.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships across departments and organizational levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including evaluating project data, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Experience developing and executing change management strategies to support stakeholder readiness, user training, and the adoption of new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects involving global teams and stakeholders across multiple time zones, ensuring delivery within scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, per PMO methodologies and standards.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including charters, schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and partners.
• Establish and implement project communication plans for timely status updates, milestones, risks, and developments.
• Identify, assess, track, and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize disruptions.
• Manage project changes ensuring compliance with policies and requirements.
• Plan and facilitate meetings with agendas, minutes, and action items.
• Monitor performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
• Develop post-Go-Live support plans for smooth operational handover.
• Drive complex IT initiatives that support business objectives and ROI.
• Implement change management activities to ensure adoption of new systems and processes.
