Job summary

GoTeam in Cebu City is seeking an IT Operations Manager to lead the on-site service desk, infrastructure, and security program for 500+ users. You will translate director-level policies into floor-level processes, ensure asset and access discipline, and drive audit-ready evidence across ISO 27001 and SOC 2 initiatives.

You will work closely with P&C, Operations, and Asset teams, maintaining a robust, compliant IT environment with hands-on control and strong vendor management.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years managing IT infrastructure operations, including 3+ years as IT Manager.
• Experience supporting 500+ users in Windows/Thin-client environments.
• Proficient with M365, Entra ID/AD, Intune/Autopilot, and policy deployment tools.
• Hands-on with firewalls, routing, Windows Server, RDP/Citrix and VoIP.
• Experience running ITIL-style service desks with SLAs and reporting.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2 and PH privacy laws; vendor/licence management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead L1 helpdesk and onsite technicians with SLA-driven ticketing.
• Ensure devices and accounts are enrolled, compliant, and access-reviewed.
• Maintain asset register aligned with Intune/Absolute/NinjaOne data.
• Oversee AD/Entra ID, MFA, conditional access and SharePoint permissions.
• Audit-ready documentation and evidence for security standards.
• Coordinate backups, DR tests, and office continuity planning.
• Serve as first responder to security incidents and outages.
