Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking an Asset Coordinator to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of client assets, from contract initiation to disposition, including device connectivity, mapping, and reporting. The role focuses on data integrity, MACD processing, and generating management-ready reports.

You will collaborate with account teams to ensure accurate asset data, timely incident resolution, and proactive escalation when needed. This position is based onsite in Cebu City with Xerox's global backing.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management processes (MACD), asset mapping and device lifecycle.
• Ability to generate reports for management presentation/audit.
• Strong data integrity and QA across asset databases.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end asset management lifecycle from contract start to end.
• Ensure assets are connected to the network and reporting continuously.
• Load and map assets to correct locations in the system.
• Perform MACD moves (Move, Add, Change, Disposals and Storage) per request.
• Conduct data integrity checks to ensure account requirements are met.
• Produce and deliver accurate reports for account and billing teams.
• Assist new team members and participate in discussions.
