This on-site role requires SHS graduates with at least 6 months BPO or customer-facing experience, and a willingness to work shifting schedules. Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate or SHS.
• At least 6 months of BPO experience.
• At least 6 months of Customer-Facing / Customer Engagement / Face-to-Face experience.
• Willing to work on-site in San Lazaro site in Santa Cruz, Manila and amenable for shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound inquiries and resolve customer concerns.
• Assist customers with policy questions and provide exceptional service.
