Job summary

Linesight is seeking a proactive HSE Supervisor in the Philippines to oversee site-wide health, safety and environmental compliance across CSA and MEP construction activities. You will monitor high-risk tasks, implement safety procedures, lead toolbox talks, and ensure corrective actions close out of hazards with strong stakeholder engagement.

You will review RAMS and permits, conduct site inspections, and maintain ISO-aligned safety records while promoting a culture of proactive hazard

Qualifications

• HSE supervision experience across CSA and MEP construction activities
• Understanding of construction methodologies and associated risks
• Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 frameworks and local regulatory requirements
• Ability to engage contractors and operatives to influence safe behaviours on site
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable using safety management systems and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Oversee site-wide health, safety and environmental compliance across disciplines
• Monitor high-risk activities such as excavation, lifting operations, temporary works and working at height
• Implement and maintain project safety procedures aligned to company standards
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits and safety walks
• Review RAMS, permits to work and lifting plans for safe execution
• Lead toolbox talks and safety briefings to promote hazard awareness
• Investigate incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions and implement corrective actions
• Maintain safety documentation and ISO-aligned records on project requirements
• Act as a visible safety presence onsite and drive positive safety behaviours
