Job summary

Prime Infra is seeking a proactive HSE / Environmental Lead to manage health, safety, and environmental programs across project sites in the Philippines. You will oversee day-to-day operations to ensure conformity with safety structures and environmental plans, coordinating with contractors and laborers to foster a culture of total safety compliance and ecosystem protection.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading HSE and environmental compliance on active construction or industrial sites.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Civil/Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in OSHA/EPA guidelines and ability to interpret SWPPP maps and safety schematics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration with contractor management.
• Certifications: CSP/CHST or NEBOSH International Diploma preferred, SWPPP Inspector favored.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site operations to ensure compliance with safety engineering specs, HSE policies, and environmental blueprints.
• Conduct daily audits to identify hazards and environmental breaches; lead investigations and reports to management/regulators.
• Review plans to verify proper safety systems (scaffolding, trench shoring, fall protection) are in place.
• Coordinate with contractors/subcontractors to enforce OSHA and environmental laws; deliver HSE orientations and toolbox talks.
• Monitor environmental programs (waste mgmt, SWPPP, noise, dust) and track HSE metrics.
