Datamatics Careers- Philippines is seeking an HR Assistant Manager in Pasig to support day-to-day HR operations and act as the on-the-ground HR partner for employees and leaders. The role requires handling lifecycle activities, payroll inputs, and policy implementation while ensuring timely HR services.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with at least five years of progressive HR experience, strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, and excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a BPO or fast-paced corporate environment.
• Strong experience in HR operations and employee relations.
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, statutory benefits, and HR practices.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with employees, leaders, and cross-functional teams

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
• Serve as the on-site HR point of contact for employees and leaders, addressing concerns and providing timely guidance.
• Handle employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary cases, investigations, and administrative concerns.
• Manage onboarding, employee movements, and separation activities to ensure smooth and timely processing.
• Coordinate and validate payroll, attendance, incentives, allowances, and benefits-related inputs.
• Ensure proper implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company programs.
• Prepare and monitor HR reports, employee records, and operational metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, statutory requirements, and internal controls.
• Work closely with Operations, Payroll, Finance, IT, Admin, and other stakeholders to resolve HR and employee-related concerns.
• Identify operational gaps and implement practical process improvements to enhance HR service delivery.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to HR team members and ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.
