Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in an HR role supporting 200–350 employees in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and employee relations processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end HR support for the assigned population, including employee relations and experience.
• Serve as main contact for supervisors and employees on HR policies and concerns.
• Manage investigations, documentation, and resolutions for employee relations cases.
• Execute core HR processes: hiring, onboarding, performance cycles, discipline, and separations.
• Collaborate with site HR and centers of expertise to deliver consistent programs.
• Ensure labor law compliance, audits, and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate HR data and generate basic workforce reports.
• Support workforce planning and operational continuity in a manufacturing setting.
