Our Clients in Santo Tomas, Batangas, seeks an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, performance management, development, and HR administration. The role requires hands-on experience across all HR facets and proven leadership to support HR initiatives in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field, with 3–5 years in HR generalist

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience across all HR facets (recruitment, employee relations, compensation, performance management, learning and development, HR administration).
• Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and statutory compliance.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day HR operations across all HR facets (recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, HR administration).
• Lead and coordinate HR activities, providing guidance to team members for timely HR services.
