Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an on-site Human Resources Coordinator (Intermediate) at SM CDO Downtown, Cagayan De Oro. This night shift role supports Talent Acquisition and HD activities, ensuring compliance with policies and providing exceptional HR support to the team.

The HD Coordinator will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, benefits, and open enrollment while maintaining confidentiality and high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Advanced education beyond High School is highly preferred; equivalent work experience also considered.
• Must understand human resources concepts and laws.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Supports talent acquisition and development activities.
• Ensures compliance with policies, standards, and regulations.
• Assists recruitment: postings, screening, and interview coordination.
• Maintains ATS and data accuracy; coordinates onboarding and orientation.
• Manages employee records and HR databases with confidentiality.
• Addresses benefits inquiries and supports open enrollment, benefit summaries.
• Ensures HR compliance for audits and regulatory requirements.
• Assists in employee relations and problem resolution under HR guidance.
• Provides general administrative support to the HR department; prepares reports.
• Supports wellness campaigns and HR communications.
