Teleperformance EDSA is hiring for a Healthcare Account on-site at EDSA. Earn up to ₱31,000 package and start ASAP.

Responsibilities include handling healthcare inquiries, delivering accurate information, and assisting with benefits and claims while ensuring privacy and security standards. High School graduates with BPO experience and good English are preferred. Onsite work in EDSA with shifting schedule.

Qualifications

• 6 months or more of Customer Care Experience (CCE) in a BPO environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite at EDSA site in Manila.

Responsabilités

• Handle healthcare-related customer inquiries and concerns.
• Provide accurate information and quality customer service.
• Assist customers with healthcare benefits, claims, and account concerns.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy and security standards.
