MedGrocer in Metro Manila seeks a Head of Finance to partner with the founders, guiding the company’s financial roadmap with a focus on predictive modeling, investment strategy, and long-term fiscal health to scale our digital health platform.

The successful candidate will lead capital allocation, oversee internal controls, and work with lenders and investors to optimize the capital structure within a fast-growing healthcare tech company in Makati.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• 6–12 years of experience in finance with strategic leadership.
• Proven ability to manage complex financial ecosystems and drive fiscal innovation.
• Onsite work in Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Steer multi-year financial strategy including capital allocation and fundraising.
• Transform financial data into predictive insights for profitability.
• Oversee internal controls and automated financial systems to support hyper-growth.
• Lead negotiations with financial institutions, investors, and stakeholders.
• Govern tax strategy and regulatory compliance at national and local levels.
