You will handle international consumer inquiries, order management, billing tracking, and basic product support in a fast-track hiring process suited for experienced call center professionals.

The role requires at least 12 months of solid call center experience, high school graduate status (old curriculum or SHS), and elite English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in a call center environment is required.
• Elite English conversational skills (C1 CEFR)
• Willingness to work on-site at Fairview Terraces, Quezon City with shifting schedules and night differentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-tier customer care, order tracking, returns, and billing assistance for international retail customers.
• Resolve customer issues or perform basic troubleshooting in a professional, empathetic tone.
• Meet target KPIs including quality scores, CSAT, and average handling time.
