• Provide accurate troubleshooting steps for hardware, software, or consumer product issues.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues on the first contact.
• Escalate complex technical problems to Tier 2 support teams when necessary.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM database system.
