Job summary

Wilmar Edible Oils Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Finance and Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the department at our Gingoog City site.

You will ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and strong internal controls, while coordinating with the Head Office Accounting & Finance team. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in accounting/finance with supervisory experience, proficiency in SAP and MS Excel, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years in accounting/finance, supervisory role; manufacturing is a plus.
• CPA or related professional certificate is a plus.
• Proficient in SAP, reporting tools, and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Willing to work onsite: Gingoog City, Misamis Oriental.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Finance and Accounting department.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain internal controls and liaise with Head Office - Accounting & Finance.
• Manage cash receipts and ensure proper deposit of funds.
• Coordinate with banks, customers, colleagues, department heads, and government agencies.
• Collaborate with plant operations to enhance efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop finance staff.
• Ensure timely remittances, taxes, licenses, and withholdings.
• Ensure petty cash disbursements are accurate and well-documented.
• Prepare all reports and supporting documents for Head Office.
