Responsibilities

• Operate a technology area (e.g., server administration) with limited risk.
• Integrate technical knowledge with business needs to create customer solutions.
• Resolve routine in-scope technical incidents independently.
• Collaborate with team to resolve more complex incidents.
• Apply company solutions to meet moderately complex customer needs.
• Participate in customer expectation management as part of escalation.
• Build relationships with management in assigned accounts.
