Job summary

CLEVR is seeking a Production Supervisor (Event Management) based in Makati City to lead end-to-end production for on-ground events and brand activations. You will coordinate across accounts, creative teams, and suppliers to deliver events on time and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and on-site execution skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality events through effective vendor management and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading a production team of at least 5 people.
• Must have local events and/or booth agency experience.
• Strong supplier network and database.
• Experience in budgeting, cost management, and resource allocation.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Background in events or PR agency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production department from project kickoff to completion, aligning with accounts and creative teams on timelines and deliverables.
• Proactively identify project risks and implement contingency plans to keep events on track.
• Source and coordinate with suppliers, securing the best quality at the most cost-efficient rates, and maintain an updated supplier database.
• Prepare production timelines, delivery schedules, ingress/egress plans, and secure necessary event permits.
• Serve as the on-site point person from ingress to egress, conducting quality checks to ensure all deliverables meet client and agency standards.
• Handle finance-related tasks including supplier payables, accounts receivable, petty cash liquidation, and post-event documentation.
• Manage warehouse inventory and perform other tasks as assigned.
