Job summary

HRTX in Makati is seeking an experienced Events Production Lead to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of brand activations and promotional campaigns in a hybrid working setup. You will lead the production team, manage project schedules and budgets, and coordinate with venues, suppliers, and talents to ensure seamless event delivery from pre-production to post-event.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication Arts, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in event production, activations, or a similar industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• At least two years of people management or team leadership experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
