Job summary

Foundever® is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry / Order Processing support specialist to join our Mandaluyong team. You will accurately enter customer purchase orders, update orders, and monitor status to ensure timely fulfillment.

The role requires strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and excellent English communication, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in an onsite night shift from 4PM to 1AM.

Qualifications

• Strong keyboard and data entry skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, charts) and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Accurate entry of customer purchase orders into internal systems.
• Processing data amendments, including order changes and cancellations.
• Managing sales order processing, progression, and order status control.
• Ensuring correct pricing is applied to all orders.
• Producing and distributing regular operational reports.
• Supporting additional ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
