Job summary

You will monitor equipment, perform routine checks, and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime. The position requires diligence in documenting maintenance activities and adhering to safety standards, with opportunities to grow into broader plant reliability

Qualifications

• Entry-level role in steam plant maintenance and operations.
• Familiarity with construction quality standards and safety practices.
• Experience with MS Excel and project reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Optimize fuel consumption and improve plant efficiency.
• Record daily shift-wise manpower to the supervisor.
• Ensure proper housekeeping of the plant area.
• Monitor the quality of boiler feed water.
• Follow preventive and breakdown maintenance practices.
• Ensure safety of manpower and report near-miss incidents.
• Share hourly steam distribution data with department management.
• Communicate with clients regarding steam flow and pressure-related issues.
• Monitor performance of boilers, turbines, pumps, valves, and other mechanical equipment.
• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance work and equipment performance.
