Job summary

But First Coffee in Mandaluyong invites an Admin Intern to join onsite from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, supporting the Engineering and Design Department with procurement coordination, document filing, and tracker maintenance.

You must be currently enrolled in Business Administration or a related field, possess strong organization, basic computer skills, and a willingness to learn. This internship offers hands‑on exposure to real operations and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks meet deadlines.
• Basic computer proficiency including email, document prep, and online collaboration tools (MS Office or Google Workspace).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Engineering and Design Department in procurement-related activities, including coordination, documentation, and supplier follow-ups.
• Maintain and update department trackers for projects, procurement, permits, and other ongoing requirements.
• Assist Engineering and Design in document filing and organization of project-related records.
• Support monitoring of permits, licenses, and compliance requirements.
• Assist in tracking deadlines, pending tasks, and deliverables, including follow-ups.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Engineering and Design Department.
