SuperStaff seeks an Procurement & Admin Services Intern embedded in our Coach-In Pipeline Program. You will work within Agile Generalist teams across Makati, Mabalacat, and Angeles, shadowing specialists and assisting on end-to-end supply chain, facilities, and regulatory tasks.

This internship builds high operational maturity, reduces enterprise purchasing risk, and prepares you for a full-time Procurement & Admin Services Specialist role within the organization.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree with an OJT/Internship unit.
• Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Support vendor bidding process and convert PR to PO via Jira Service Desk.
• Assist in vendor vetting, selection, and maintaining the central vendor database.
• Track vendor on-time delivery against SLA targets.
• Support site QA inspections and monitor service credits or penalties.
