Job summary

Advanced Energy seeks an Environment, Health and Safety Engineer to support the EH&S Manager in implementing and monitoring programs that protect employees, property and the environment. The role ensures regulatory, corporate, and customer requirements are met while maintaining ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

The position reports to the EH&S Manager and requires onsite work at the Rosario, Cavite site, with responsibilities spanning risk assessments, CAPA, training, documentation, audits, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Environmental, Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, or related)
• 4+ years in EHS, Occupational Safety, Environmental Compliance, or related field
• Strong knowledge of Philippine EHS laws incl. OSH, DOLE, DENR, PEZA
• Working knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Experience in risk assessments, audits, CAPA, training, and incident investigations

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS programs to ensure safe, healthy, and compliant workplace.
• Conduct risk assessments, hazard identifications, and change reviews.
• Investigate EHS incidents and drive CAPA.
• Develop and deliver EHS training and safety orientations.
• Maintain ISO 14001/45001 compliance and EHS documentation.
• Serve as Pollution Control and Safety Officer for the site.
• Coordinate with agencies (DOLE, DENR, PEZA, FDA) for permits/audits.
• Oversee HIRA activities and support continuous improvement.
• Ensure emergency preparedness with safety plans and ERT.
• Collaborate with HR and stakeholders on EHS initiatives.
