Advanced Energy is seeking an Environment, Health and Safety Engineer to join our site in the Philippines. The role supports the EH&S Manager in implementing programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and ISO standard adherence. You will drive risk assessments, incident investigations and CAPA actions to foster a strong safety culture.

The position emphasizes training delivery, audits, and collaboration with HR and cross-functional teams to meet company objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Environmental, Industrial, Chemical or Mechanical disciplines.
Minimum 4 years in Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) or related field.
Strong knowledge of Philippine EHS laws incl. OSH, DOLE, DENR, PEZA.
Working knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
Ability to conduct risk assessments, hazards and EHS audits.
Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of EHS programs to ensure a safe, healthy and compliant workplace.
Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and change management reviews.
Investigate EHS incidents and drive CAPA to prevent recurrence.
Develop and deliver EHS training, safety orientations and awareness programs.
Maintain compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, including documentation.
Coordinate regulatory compliance activities with DOLE, DENR, PEZA and FDA.
Oversee HIRA activities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure emergency preparedness with site safety plans and ERT.
Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to support EHS initiatives.
