Job summary

Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. is hiring an Environment, Health and Safety Engineer to assist the EH&S Manager in implementing and monitoring EHS programs, ensuring protection of people, property, and the environment.

The role reports to the EH&S Manager and drives regulatory compliance and continuous improvement. The job involves leading EHS program implementation, conducting risk assessments, CAPA, and delivering training, while maintaining ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Environmental, Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical or related).
• 4+ years in EHS, occupational safety or environmental compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine EHS laws incl. OSH, DOLE, DENR, and PEZA.
• Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Willing to be onsite at the Rosario, Cavite site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of EHS programs to keep the workplace safe and compliant.
• Conduct risk assessments, hazard identifications, and change reviews.
• Investigate EHS incidents and drive CAPA to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and deliver EHS training, orientations, and safety programs.
• Maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance and documentation.
• Coordinate regulatory activities, permits, audits, and inspections.
• Support emergency preparedness and safety culture initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR and stakeholders on EHS initiatives.
