Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is hiring for a Customer Support Executive to join our on-site team in Taguig City or Pampanga. The role targets professionals with 1–4 years of customer service experience in utilities, telecommunications, insurance, or banking.

You will handle inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and maintain records while upholding company policies and SLAs. Only candidates willing to work onsite and under rotating shifts will be considered; TOR, Diploma, and COE

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of relevant customer service experience.
• Experience in utilities, telecommunications, insurance, banking, or financial services preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good problem-solving, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work onsite at Taguig City or Pampanga.
• Must have transcripts: TOR, Diploma, and COE.
• Fluent in English; basic computer skills; ability to navigate multiple systems.
