Job summary

Teleperformance's Retail Account seeks a Customer Service Representative to deliver excellent service to international customers via voice interactions. You will handle inquiries, concerns, and requests while upholding a positive, professional experience.

The role is on-site in Quezon City, with a shifting schedule. A minimum of 6 months of customer-facing experience is required; BPO experience is not required. High School diploma holders are eligible.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of customer-facing experience.
• BPO experience is not required.
• High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.
• Willing to work in Fairview, Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate assistance.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and service-related requests.
• Provide clear and professional communication in English.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while following company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and update account information as needed.
