Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
• 1–2 years of call center experience preferred
• Fresh candidates may be considered with full training provided
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Professional, empathetic, customer-focused approach
• Basic computer, typing, and system navigation skills
• Familiarity with CRM/ticketing platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and live chats
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate information about products and services
• Process customer orders, returns, and account updates
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Maintain excellent customer service while meeting quality and productivity standards
• Accurately document customer interactions and transactions
• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards
• Escalate complex concerns when necessary
