Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting
• 15+ years of background experience in finance
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Finance Manager
• Active CPA license/certification required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide financial insights to support executive decision-making
• Ability to make timely and informed decisions in a fast-paced business environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to executives and non-finance stakeholders
• Strong strategic planning and financial management capabilities
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and financial management tools

Job Highlights

• Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the company.
• Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
