Job summary

People Work Smart Services Philippines Inc is seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to support construction project finances in Angeles City, Pampanga. You will manage day‑to‑day bookkeeping, supplier invoicing, and client billing while ensuring accurate project data for forecasting and decision making.

You'll collaborate with Project Managers, Finance, and Directors, maintaining compliance, data integrity, and timely reporting to support healthy cash flow and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Bookkeeper or accounting support role.
• Strong AP/AR knowledge and invoicing experience.
• Ability to manage reconciliations and maintain project financial records.
• Experience with project budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.
• Ability to work independently and with a team, maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and project financial administration.
• Process supplier invoices and monitor payments and records.
• Prepare client invoices and progress claims per contracts.
• Support project handovers, budgets, and progress claim reviews.
• Assist with month-end close, margins, and revenue recognition.
