Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of experience in financial/healthcare/insurance accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Must be willing to work full time onsite in Muntinlupa, Alabang.
• Must be flexible with shifts.
• Ability to adhere to current performance tool that team uses.

Responsibilities

• Review completeness and compliance of all documents received.
• Verify accuracy of agent and license information.
• Analyze information to determine proper handling of work.
• Encode agent, license and commission information in the system accurately.
• Update existing agent record in the system, if needed.
• Create and post correspondences, if needed.
• Identify the next process based on the workflow and create necessary transactions.
• Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time by Team Leader, Manager, Director.
